Special Accommodations

If a student requires special accommodations during testing, a request detailing those accommodations must be submitted prior to testing. A Special Services Form must be completed and the appropriate diagnostic documentation must be provided in order for the request to be granted. The evaluation must be completed by licensed personnel and assessed within the last three years of anticipated enrollment date.
