This Sales Post-License course presents topics the new agent will find helpful in working with clients. The course includes sections on property management, BRRETA (Agency Disclosure Law), and contemporary issues in the area of consensual dual agency. A thorough discussion of the tax implications and benefits of home ownership is presented; including required record keeping, and an introduction to the subject of tax-free exchanges.
Everything from security instruments to the foreclosure process is covered in this Post-License course. Students will have an understanding of primary and secondary mortgage markets, sources of funds, and the process of qualifying for and obtaining real estate loans. All of the procedures involved in settlement, along with practical exercises in real estate math are included.
