ANGEL Tip
If your semester schedule includes online, hybrid, or Web-enhanced courses, you will be using the Angel online learning environment on the Internet . During the first week of the semester, you will need to log into your course in Angel. Once you enter the course, you should email your instructor(s) using your SCTC email account. (If you haven’t already, go to www.sctech.edu to activate your email account.) There are instructions on that page.

Login to ANGEL
Username = 31_ and your student id (This starts with a 900, this number can be found on your
class schedule, photo id, or Banner-Web.) An example of a Username is 31_900102345.
Password = 1st time users of Angel will have the same password as their Userid (see above).
The password will need to be changed the first time you sign on to Angel.

Points to Remember
- You are considered present in a course if you log into your course just one time but never again. If you decide you want to drop that course, you must do so by completing a drop/add form available at the Admissions Office.
- If you register for classes before the quarter begins you should be able to login to your Angel account the first day of the quarter.
- If you register for a class after the quarter begins it will normally be 24 hours before you will be able to see your class in Angel or login to Angel if you have not taken classes since Summer 2010.
- To reset your Angel password click "Angel Password Reset Instructions" above.
- If you receive a message stating that your account is ‘Disabled’ please email onlinelearning@sctech.edu. Allow 24 hours for a response Monday thru Thursday. Messages sent over the weekend will be answered on Monday..
