Processing of Complaints

Southern Crescent Technical College strives to resolve student grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner. If a resolution is not reached at the college level, or if you believe that the nature of the complaint or impact on the system as a whole warrants immediate review by administration at the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), please contact the Student Affairs Coordinator at studentaffairs@tcsg.edu or call (404) 679-1692. Students residing outside of the State of Georgia (Online students) may also file a complaint with an agency located in their State.
