OSHA 10-HOUR
GENERAL INDUSTRY TRAINING

The OSHA 10-hour General Industry Outreach Training Program is intended to provide an entry level general industry workers broad awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards on a general industry site. The training covers a variety of safety and health hazards which a worker may encounter at a general industry site. OSHA recommends this training as an orientation to occupational safety and health. Workers must receive additional training on hazards specific to their job. Training should emphasize hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention, not OSHA standards. Instructional time must be a minimum of 10 hours as mandated by OSHA, which is taught in a two day class.

OSHA 30-HOUR
GENERAL INDUSTRY TRAINING

The 30-hour General Industry Outreach Training Program is intended to provide a variety of training to people with some safety responsibility, i.e. those in supervisory positions. Workers must receive additional training on hazards specific to their job. Training should emphasize hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention, not OSHA standards. Instructional time must be a minimum of 30 hours as mandated by OSHA, and is taught in a five day class.

CPR / FIRST AID / AED

This training will provide you with the vital knowledge and skills you will need to respond with confidence in a life-threatening situation. This flexible program will help employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees on how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work. Students will practice essential skills in small groups and can also apply those skills in optional scenario based situations. Participants will receive a will receive a certification card that is valid for two years via e-mail.
