Students are referred to the Navigator when they demonstrate attendance issues, academic concerns, and/or personal hardships that are affecting their performance in a particular course.
Teachers may submit a referral through a database called T.E.A.M.S. or TCSG Early Alert Management System, where they will provide a brief explanation of their concerns. This will help us to route the alert to the right individual or team, who can offer you the best guidance based on your situation.
If you receive an email, phone call, or letter from your Student Navigator, Advisor, Academic Affairs, or Student Affairs representative, please know that we are offering our support and resources to help you stay in school and complete your program. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible so we can get started on an action plan for success!
