Federal Drug and Alcohol Testing
To comply with federal drug and alcohol testing requirements and the SCTC’s policies and procedures for meeting these requirements, a drug screen is required as a part of the mandatory background check process for all commercial truck driving positions.
Jeanne Clery Act
It is the obligation of Southern Crescent Technical College to ensure orderly operation, to protect the rights of all members of the SCTC community, to prohibit acts which materially and substantially interfere with legitimate educational objectives, or interfere with the rights of others and to take disciplinary action where conduct adversely affects the College’s pursuit of its educational objectives.
