GRIFFIN, GA — Southern Crescent Technical College (SCTC) will offer extended enrollment hours at its Griffin Campus from August 17–24, 2026, providing students with additional opportunities to complete important enrollment steps and prepare for the Fall Semester.
During the extended hours, students will have access to key enrollment and student support services, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Academic Advising, the Bookstore, and Student Accounts. The extended schedule is designed to make it more convenient for new and returning students to receive in-person assistance with completing the enrollment process.
“We know that students have busy schedules, and sometimes traditional business hours simply do not provide enough flexibility to complete everything needed for enrollment,” said Dr. Tonya Whitlock, Vice President of Enrollment Management at Southern Crescent Technical College. “These extended hours give our students additional opportunities to connect directly with our enrollment teams, get their questions answered, and make sure they are ready and confident to begin the Fall Semester.”

Griffin Campus Only
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Students who still need to apply, complete financial aid requirements, meet with an advisor, address their student account, or purchase books and course materials are encouraged to take advantage of the extended hours.
SCTC encourages students to complete their enrollment requirements as soon as possible to ensure they are prepared for the start of classes.
