IMPORTANT!: BY REQUESTING COPY/DESIGN WORK YOU ACKNOWLEDGE/AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• ASAP requests processed AFTER ALL time-sensitive jobs are finished as THE "NEEDED" DATE IS USED TO PRIORITIZE THE WORKLOAD.
• White 20lb copy paper is standard if no other specified.
• Copyright permissions for materials subject to them are the responsibility of the requester.
• Marketing must pre-approve the use of the SCTC logo. Contact the Marketing Office for more information.
• When items are subject to Marketing’s approval, it is the requester’s responsibility to obtain that approval prior to asking for duplication of these items.
• Please allow 24 hours upon receipt for processing (excludes special requests). You will be notified via e-mail of any changes to this time frame.
• Please note: delivery of paper by the case delivered by Maintenance on their schedule.
• It is the requester’s responsibility to make sure the correct version of the Equity Statement is being used on document prior to asking for duplication of items.
