Official SCTC Transcripts

**Banner/Banner Web down for maintenance November 30th - December 4th. During this time we will be unable to process transcript requests.

For Standard Requests there is a fee of $3.00 (first one free -  please allow 1-5 business days for processing).   Same day print requests as well as Electronic (E Scrip) requests are $5.00 at all times.  

There are three request methods:

  1. BannerWeb
    • Instructions: Click Student Services & Financial Aid → Student Records →Request Official Transcript.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.
    • The processing charge will vary from  $3.00 to $5.00 per copy depending on the delivery method requested.  You may pay online with credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
  2. If you no longer have BannerWeb access or attended prior to 1993.
    • Visit
    • A $5.00 charge per transcript is assessed and you may pay online with credit or debit card.
    • Use your best guestimate for dates of attendance; we identify the student by student ID or SSN.
    • You will need to print a consent form, sign the form, and submit it to the agency by one of the three options listed on the form.
  3. Download the Transcript Release Form
    • Submit the completed form with check or money order for the appropriate fee to the Business Office by:
      • Mail: SCTC Registrar’s Office, 501 Varsity Rd. Griffin, GA 30223  or 1533 Hwy 19 South  Thomaston, GA 30286
      • In Person:  Deliver to the front desk of any SCTC campus


Expedited Transcript Requests

For a $5.00 fee (per copy requested), the Registrar’s Office can provide same day service for Transcript Requests.

To request same day service:

  1. Download the Transcript Release Form
  2. Be certain to include the number of copies requested and calculate the total amount of your payment.
  3. Photo ID is required for pickup of transcripts.
  4. Make checks or money orders payable to SCTC.

Unofficial SCTC Transcripts

It is easy to obtain an unofficial Transcript. All you do is:

  1. Log in to BannerWeb
  2. Enter Secure Area
  3. Go to: Student Services & Financial Aid → Student Records → Unofficial Transcript
  4. Select All Levels and Student Transcript Unofficial from dropdown menu
  5. Click Submit
