Attention Summer 2025 Graduates:
We are excited to announce that Summer 2025 credentials are ready! SCTC has teamed with Parchment to offer both digital and hard copy credentials to our graduates!
If you completed all program requirements, submitted a graduation application, and paid the non-refundable graduation processing fee, for the Summer 2025 term, you will receive instructions from Parchment via email and text message on how to access your digital credentials. This notification will include step-by-step instructions for verifying your personal information – such as your mailing address – in Parchment’s system and claiming your digital credential within 72 hours. Degree and Diplomas will ONLY be distributed by mail from Parchment.
Students who completed a Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) will also receive a digital version. In addition, a printed copy will be available for pick-up beginning Wednesday, October 8, 2025, after 2:00 p.m. in the Registrar’s Office on the Griffin Campus.
Pick up hours are:
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday, 9am-11am
