On-campus Recruitment Policy for 4-year colleges and universities

Representatives for higher education institutions wishing to conduct on-campus recruiting events must complete the On-Campus Recruitment Event Request form to gain permission and schedule an appropriate date, time and location. These events must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance of the desired date to allow sufficient time to make logistical arrangements and market the event(s).

Representatives must not attempt to recruit students into their institution prior to the student’s program completion at Southern Crescent Technical College.

Institutions conducting on-campus recruiting cannot have any up front associated costs for students/graduates related to the students being admitted or being considered for admissions. This includes but is not limited to applications fees, orientations fees, campus fees, or transcript fees.

On-campus recruitment activities cannot be combined with the marketing and/or sale of products or services to students. Direct sales organizations, network marketing organizations, pyramid schemes, distributorships and other business opportunities are not eligible for on-campus recruiting.
